Warm-up
-Samson Stretch 15 seconds each leg
-5 Overhead Squats
-5 Sit-ups
-5 Back Extensions
-5 Pull-ups
-5 Dips


"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

  2. OK, after yesterday's "Cindy" i am unable to pick up my martini glass because my arms are killing me. Therefore my salute of the day goes to Marvin Stone, the inventor of the drinking straw. Thanks MARVIN. I bet he did Crossfit and thats what drove him to invent the straw. Yea, thats it, Marvin was a Crossfitter...
