  1. Just experienced it and...nevermind! Brutal to say the least. Going through that workout was extremely difficult, but I made it thanks to Kim! Feel great about it. Can't wait for the soreness to set in tomorrow.

  2. 19:00 minutes for me at 75lb thrusters. And I started doing only 3 burpees around the 11th minute so I wouldn't puke. Crossfit is what Willis was talking about!!!!!!!! I'm going to wrap up Crossfit up in a box, stick a pretty bow on it, and give it to everyone for Christmas!
