Skill:
Snatch (Light Effort for 10-Heavy for 3)
WOD: "Max-imilian" (Saturday's Workout from OTG)
3 minute stations (max Rounds) followed by one minute rest
We will stagger 2-3 people starting at each station
1. 3 Power Cleans
3 Snatch
2. 4 Burpees
4 Push Ups
3. 5 Box Jumps
5 Squats
4. Double Unders

ReplyDeleteExcellent work everyone! Really proud of your effort in trying to learn the Clean and the Snatch. I hope the videos are helping. I learn something new everytime I go to Off the Grid. They are having a membership special this month if anyone else is interested. We could get a few more people sign up and completely take over their Saturday morning WODs.

ReplyDeleteOhh yeah gettin a little chatter goin! Olympic Lifts are definately awkward at first but huge benefits involved once you get it. I just got word from Atlanticare. They are going to hook us up with some incentives! Little gift card action! Also, best of all they are going to provide us with some training on back safety and nutrition. I will make up a flyer and get it to everyone!!!
