Knee to Elbows Practice
Progress from bleachers to the pull up bar. Raise knees to waist, to chest, and finally to elbows. The top of your head might hit the wall, but that just means you are doing them correctly!

ReplyDeleteThis is an old OTG workout from their archives. They did it twice last year. I've found a few others in their archives to put up in the next few days.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are the best, keeping this going. Last night workout at OTG was good. But the best was the "skin the Cat" stuff and back levers on the rings? Never thought I would do that stuff and still have shoulders in theier sockets!
