  2. That was difficult. Had a tough time getting motivated today. Still loved the workout and I guess I did pretty good. Rx'd 5 rounds + 5 + 10. Definately an explosive workout with the squat jumps and slapping push-ups. Caleb, your first to work out tomorrow! Sorry you had to miss this one. Thanks for getting everything ready today and getting everyone started! Card workout was great! Also love knowing my 500M row time! You are the man!!!
