  1. Ha. great post. I do love crossfit. Thanks for the push today Caleb. That was rediculous. I had to lay down for about 40 mintues when I got home. Fell asleep and felt better when I got up. No fun, but hey I feel great now! Great turnout today! Thanks again to Caleb for doing an awesome job at making this program rock!!
