15 Squats
20 Double Unders

Skill:
Goblet Squat w/dumbbell or KB
Heels down-Chest High-Hands gripping weight like a chalice

As many reps as possible while partner runs 400, then switch

Goblet Squats
Push Press
Push Ups
Back Extensions
Sit Ups

ex. If partner does 43 and you do 51, your score for that exercise is 94.
